WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Given the nature of the product (beverage), ROAR will not take returns once item has shipped, unless it is an issue caused by ROAR.  

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. ROAR Beverages Canada Corp. will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged product. 

Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it. 

Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
